The past few days have been intense with the New Moon, Solar Flares, and the 222 and 23/23 Portals in a row. These cosmic events have brought about powerful energy shifts and new opportunities for growth and transformation. As we head into the weekend, I encourage you to take some time to integrate these energies into your being.



Integration is the process of bringing together and assimilating various aspects of ourselves and our experiences. In the context of cosmic energies, integration means taking the energy shifts, insights, and lessons we've gained from the recent events and incorporating them into our being. This process can be challenging, as it often involves confronting our fears, limiting beliefs, and other patterns that no longer serve us. However, it's also an opportunity for growth, transformation, and stepping into our highest potential.

One way to facilitate integration is to engage in practices that help us connect with our inner selves and bring us into a state of alignment.  It's also important to be gentle with ourselves during the integration process. It's okay to take things slowly, to rest and recharge as needed, and to seek support from trusted friends, loved ones, or a professional if necessary.

Ways to integrate the recent cosmic energies:

1. Meditate: Spend some time in stillness and silence, focusing on your breath and allowing any thoughts or emotions to arise and pass without judgment.

2. Journaling: Write down your thoughts and feelings about the recent cosmic events, what you learned, and any insights you gained.
